Full Belly 5K

This past weekend 45 runners lined up to support Access, Inc., a organization that distributes food to those in need throughout the Rogue Valley. Fifteen more people ran the Full Belly this year than last. The course started and finished on the Southern Oregon University track, sped through the local neighborhoods and along the bike trail.

The top three (from left to right) John Leuthold, JJ Moses, Todd Ragsdale.

Finish line refreshments.

Just found your blog and was wondering if the Rogue Valley Runners could post an invitation to join me in a Mt. Shasta adventure run that I call "Three Peaks"? It's an approximately 50-mile run (but we'd welcome people to join in for just part)that starts with climbing Mt. Shasta, then running the trails and dirt roads to Black Butte, summitting that, and then running to the Mt. Eddy summit. We're doing it the weekend after Memorial Day (5/31-6/1) and hope to complete it in around 24 hrs. Full details can be found at my blog happytrails-anotherrunnersblog
Thanks, Tina

And I can't believe the article says you are seen here winning the Zane Grey 50, I don't remember a finish line like that! You are now in the ranks of myself and Nate McDowell, they just can't get it right. Life is good, see you at the WS track meet!
